The «Summer School» programme is aimed at the two training models of the Higher Professional College for Tourism: the internship model and the seasonal model. In concrete terms, two module blocks will be taken within the framework of the Summer School, which will enable the seamless transition to the Bachelor's programme in Tourism at the FH Graubünden in Chur.
The study to «Dipl. Tourismusfachmann/-frau HF» at the Higher Professional College for Tourism Graubünden is a well-founded, practice-oriented education in the tourism region Engadin. The students of the HFT Graubünden have the opportunity to take preparatory modules for the university course of studies «Bachelor of Science in Tourism» at the University of Applied Sciences FH Graubünden parallel to their ordinary 2nd and 3rd academic year within the framework of the Summer School. After graduating from the HFT, students are admitted to the last year of the Bachelor of Science in Tourism at the FH Graubünden. Thus they have the possibility of obtaining both the practice-oriented degree at the HFT Graubünden and the internationally recognized «Bachelor of Science FHO in Tourism» at the FH Graubünden within 4 years. With this training combination they are well prepared for a successful career entry.
