Bündner Tourismus Trendforum 2017: Quite normal digital.

The question is not whether digitization will come, but how it will work and how we will respond to it. After the digital signal has turned industrial production upside down in the last three decades, today digital technologies are changing people's behaviour in general and, consequently, the way in which the service society and economy function. In the future, too, happy people will hike through the Grisons mountains and ski here, but how they find us, what they want to experience, how they want to travel, how they want to be served - this will be different from today. And also, as we notice, what they want. The analysis of digital data forms the basis for this. On the provider side, what are the key competencies in this new world and how should companies and their networks organize themselves in order to remain successful in the future? TTF 2017 provided ideas and approaches.

The TTF took place in 2017 for the 10th time and was supported by the Office for Economy and Tourism of the Canton Graubünden (AWT). The regional and national participants come from tourism service providers, from tourism organisations and from circles interested in tourism in general.
